aloe vera juice, 2 tsp
1 tsp raw honey, natural
A sprinkling of fresh spring water

Simply add a few drops of lavender essential oil to the mix for relaxing effects. Lavender is undoubtedly the most well-known essential oil; its characteristic aroma can help soothe the nervous system, and it's especially good for restlessness, irritation, and sleeplessness.'
Combine all of the ingredients in a smooth paste, massage into your face and neck gently, and leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
