The greatest attraction of the body is the skin and if it looks deteriorated, you usually feel insecure with yourself. One of the main problems is the increased production of sebum, oily skin, the appearance of acne or pimples due to impurity. Mostly, this is because we have open pores. Problems can occur on the skin that affect it, however, the best option to avoid open pores is the application of masks. If it is about purifying and caring for the skin, a variety of treatments have now been invented that repair the various imperfections.
1. Oatmeal and honey mask
Oatmeal and its cleansing properties effectively remove impurities from the skin, making it your best ally to leave it free of bacteria. The astringent and antioxidant properties of honey nourish, moisturize and revitalize. This mask stimulates recovery.
Ingredients:
10 gr of organic oatmeal flakes (brand of your choice).
4 tablespoons of liquid honey, preferably pure.
Distilled water, to taste.
Preparation:
Many people prefer to use powdered oatmeal. But, the flakes maintain and provide more properties. In a small bowl, mix the oats with the distilled water, until you create a homogeneous paste.
Then you pour the tablespoons of honey and stir, until you think it's ready. It is recommended that the mask not be very liquid, in case that happens, add more oatmeal.
Apply it on your face or let it act for 20 minutes. Remove with plenty of cold water and repeat this action 3 times a week.
2. Aloe Vera Mask
Aloe Vera is a plant that offers countless benefits to our body, it is also an ideal preservative to remove dead skin cells.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of aloe vera pulp.
2 eggs.
1 tablespoon of yogurt (preferably without sugar).
Olive oil to taste.
Preparation:
In a bowl, add two egg yolks, two tablespoons of fresh aloe vera pupa, one tablespoon of yogurt, olive oil to taste.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Apply evenly on your clean face and leave for 30 minutes.
Remove with plenty of warm water.
It is recommended to use the aloe vera mask at least 3 times a week to see quick results.
3. Cornstarch-based mask
Cornstarch contains important properties such as vitamin E and antioxidant minerals that regulate deterioration, especially in oily skin.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cornstarch (brand of your choice)
1 cup of water (it is recommended that it be properly filtered to avoid unfavorable skin reactions)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of turmeric.
Preparation:
In a bowl, add half a cup of water, a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix until viscous.
Then add a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of turmeric and continue mixing until it is uniformly observed.
Apply it to your clean face and remove it after 20 minutes with plenty of water.
